On Saturday September 20th we hosted our 2nd Annual "Roskoberfest" in celebration of the opening ceremonies of Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany.
In anticipation of the big day, we released an all-German beer menu for the first time. We had two lighter options in our classic Parlor Pils (Pilsner) and Lecker Bierchen (Kolsch), two Oktoberfest lagers in our Festbier & Marzen, a traditional weissbier in our Terrasse (Hefeweizen), a German IPA (which isn't a true style, but we brewed using all German hops & ingredients), our fan-favorite Dunkel, and a brand new Doppelbock named Roskator!

We served beers in our commemorative Roskoberfest glass steins (or more appropriately called Maßkrug, or mug... but we'll stick to the more colloquial term of stein, which translates to "stone").

At 3PM we hosted our 2nd annual Roskoberfest Games. The winners of the Roskoberfest Games live in infamy, as they are awarded the Grand Champions belt, a hefty gift card, and get their names engraved on the Grand Champions plaque to be displayed throughout the year.

John Ryan Brewery set up shop with bratwursts & cheesesteaks. They sold out early as the crowd was big and hungry. We sold out of our soft pretzels & several flavors of English sausage rolls, despite stocking double what we usually do in anticipation of the event.

Roskoberfest has become a staple event of ours and a tradition unlike any other. 2025 was a record day and a record event, and we can't wait to make it even better next year! Thank you to all who were able to make it out. Prost!
