#2: Lecker Bierchen (090), Kölsch, 5.1% ABV, 28 IBU
Crisp and packed full of flavor, Lecker Bierchen is meticulously crafted in admiration of the iconic style that defines the unique beer culture of Köln, Germany. Clean and bright with a solid malt body, expressive German hop varieties, and subdued fruity esters from a restrained ale fermentation all work in concert to form a truly balanced beer. “Tasty Beer!”

#3: Bierhalle (091), Festbier, 6.1% ABV, 25 IBU
Our take on the modern German festbier. This is a lighter Oktoberfest offering than our classic Märzen, while still being a malt-forward juggernaut. Dominated by bread dough and toast character, malt complexity is at the forefront on this pale lager that, despite its strength, is scarily easy to down many a half liter in the Rosko’s “bierhalle”. Oans, zwoa, drei, G’suffa!

#4: Das Brauhaus (087), Märzen, 6.1% ABV, 23 IBU
“The Brew House” lager is our annual take on the traditional German Oktoberfest-style Märzen. Oktoberfest is a historic festival that runs the last two weekends of September in Munich, Germany. "Das Brauhaus" is a smooth drinking, balanced, & malty lager with notes of toasted bread, biscuit, & caramel. You'll experience pleasant bitterness up front with a clean, semi-sweet finish.

#5: Terrasse (092), Hefeweizen, 4.9% ABV, 10 IBU
This is a no-frills, ultra-classic German Weissbier. Plenty of wheat malt and a classic hefeweizen yeast strain work together to invoke a ton of freshly baked banana bread, apricot and tiny hints of clove and bubblegum. Named in honor of the Rosko’s patio (“terrasse” in German) where we’re sure many a half liter stein will be downed during Roskoberfest.

#6: Kiefernstrasse (095), German IPA, 7.4% ABV, 31 IBU
The only semi-experimental offering on our very traditional Oktoberfest menu, this is a style that isn’t really a style. A true to style Northwest American IPA brewed with all German ingredients – German malt, Kolsch yeast and modern German hop varieties (Huell Melon, Tango, and Mandarina Bavaria) – to create something altogether unique. Honeydew, grapefruit, gooseberry and lemon flesh notes sit atop a solidly bitter but juicy body. Melding tradition with innovation – that’s what we’re all about here on Kieferstrasse.

#7: Dunkel (094), Munich-style Dunkel, 4.8% ABV, 18 IBU
Rosko's Munich-style Dunkel lager pairs soft, flavorful maltiness with a smooth cold finish. The drinker will experience low bitterness with chocolate, roasty, and biscuit aromas. While not overly sweet or dominated by any one flavor, it is a refreshing lager for all occasions.

#8: Roskator (093), Doppelbock, 7.3% ABV, 25 IBU
Malt-focused, bold, robust, toasty and the perfect companion to a crisp fall or winter evening. This deep amber doppelbock has ample body and sweetness yet manages to never feel cloying. A ton of complex malt flavor (toast, caramel, walnut) packed into a single pint.
