"Parlor Pils" is a brilliant, floral and pleasantly bitter German-style Pilsner. Using predominantly Pilsner Malt and hopped with the Kaiser hop of Hallertau Mittelfrüh, expect a clean, crisp and crushable drinking experience. This beer is named after our elegant Victorian Parlor Room which now houses our brew house.

Our take on the modern German festbier. This is a lighter Oktoberfest offering than our classic Märzen, while still being a malt-forward juggernaut. Dominated by bread dough and toast character, malt complexity is at the forefront on this pale lager that, despite its strength, is scarily easy to down many a half liter in the Rosko’s “bierhalle”. “The Brew House” lager is our annual take on the traditional German Oktoberfest-style Märzen. Oktoberfest is a historic festival that runs the last two weekends of September in Munich, Germany. "Das Brauhaus" is a smooth drinking, balanced, & malty lager with notes of toasted bread, biscuit, & caramel. You'll experience pleasant bitterness up front with a clean, semi-sweet finish.

When we set out in 2025 to brew a “German IPA” (Do we call it a pseudo-cold IPA? An imperial west coast kolsch? Who knows!) for our Roskoberfest lineup, the intention was to continue the tradition every year, always using raw materials sourced from Germany, with new annual variations of our bastardized style – a shapeshifting trickster, if you will. This year we brewed it with Ariana, Callista, and Herkules hops all sourced from Germany, providing plenty of notes of sweet fruit, jasmine, pineapple, and black tea.

Rosko's Munich-style Dunkel lager pairs soft, flavorful maltiness with a smooth cold finish. The drinker will experience low bitterness with chocolate, roasty, and biscuit aromas. While not overly sweet or dominated by any one flavor, it is a refreshing lager for all occasions.
