The evil twin of our seasonal Cold IPA, “BRRR.” We tweaked that beer’s recipe and blended it with a traditional Black IPA to create a new(er) style called the Cold Black IPA. Brewed with Columbus and Simcoe and dry hopped with Simcoe and Mosaic, old-school west-coast hop character is the central focus of this beer with a boat load of pine and citrus at the forefront. But the true magic is in the sensory trick of using debittered black malt to make a black beer that tastes like an IPA – oh, and did we mention it’s technically a lager, too?

Originally brewed on the day that smoke from Canadian wildfires descended upon Williamsport in 2023 and named in tribute to one of our favorite Irish rock bands, this easy drinking seasonal staple sports a roasty and malt-forward flavor profile with faint notes of toffee and caramel, disappearing in a clean, dry finish. At the end of a pint, the only thing you’ll have to say to this crushable red is, “I will be with you again.”

Trial by Snowball has a straw-gold hue as bright as fresh snowfall, and with a touch of malty sweetness, evokes the thrill of winter combat. Dry-hopped with Cascade and Azacca (cryo), it bursts with aromas of grapefruit, honeydew & rose hip florals. This beer is the perfect blend of bold and refreshing, ideal for snowy days or fireside evenings. At the battleground of hazy & traditional, I challenge you to a Trial by Snowball!

"BRRR: Icebrrrg Ahead" is the fourth edition of our Cold IPA series. A lager-like grain bill and lager yeast fermentation ensures a crisp, refreshing drinking experience. Hopped with Talus, Motueka, & Amarillo, and double dry hopped with the same, this beer presents a slight dank & piney aroma with a punch of a sweet fruit & citrus finish.

The Party Possum Coffee Porter is dedicated to our neighborhood friend who loves to fall asleep in our trash cans. This porter has sweet, creamy tones of dark maltiness, balanced by slight roasted cold brew coffee flavors from our Pine St neighbors down at Alabaster Coffee. This possum might've partied too hard last night.

Light but flavorful, drinkable put powerful, this is the archetypal Dry Irish Stout. Bursting with roasty dark malt flavor and served on a nitro tap to emulate the feeling of the iconic Irish Stouts that have become ubiquitous in any great pub. A robust ale that will go down a little too easy, pint after pint.

“Outside City Limits” is a wheat-based kettle sour, fermented with traditional German ale yeast. This beer is light, refreshing, and complex. This is a fantastic beer for sour lovers and novices alike. “Outside City Limits” can be served optionally with traditional Waldmeister woodruff syrup for a uniquely herbal, yet sweet experience, or with raspberry syrup for light fruitiness.
