Crafted with reverence for the Czech tradition of lager brewing, this light and drinkable lager was made with a starting specific gravity of 9P, and thusly was named the Czech word for “nine”. Boasting a floral, spicy, and lemony hop character from a bountiful addition of Saaz, Devět is packed full of flavor despite its minimalist ingredients and light body.

Named in honor of our building’s architect and the cellar he included in the house’s design, this young, rustic, and low-carbonation pale lager is brewed and packaged in the Franconian kellerbier tradition. Translating to “cellar beer” this style was traditionally stored in caves and cellars and was brewed to be drank fresh and straight from the tank. Enjoy a mug of this smooth and flavorful easy drinking lager while it’s the way the Germans intended – fresh!

“Outside City Limits” is a wheat-based kettle sour, fermented with traditional German ale yeast. This beer is light, refreshing, and complex. This is a fantastic beer for sour lovers and novices alike. “Outside City Limits” can be served optionally with traditional Waldmeister woodruff syrup for a uniquely herbal, yet sweet experience, or with raspberry syrup for light fruitiness.

Leggy Blonde is back, this time conditioned on pomegranate puree! An easy drinking, refreshing blonde ale, the base beer is lightly hopped and has a crisp yet slightly bready malt profile. The addition of pomegranate creates a subtle tartness paired with some sweetness. Ooh Leggy Blonde, you got it goin' on.

A double-dry hopped India Pale Ale, “Quantum Immortality” will take you to a parallel universe. With a primary focus on the Idaho 7 hop, this tangerine forward hop blended with the citrusy notes of Sabro and Amarillo hops is a juice-bomb hoping to awaken your consciousness to immortality. TL;DR It’s a Hazy IPA, and it’s delicious.

This beer is a nod to the late nights, early mornings, and weekend work it took to complete the restoration at Rosko’s. Red like the color of the bricks, “Brickdust” has a lightly malty backbone and floral, citrusy flavor and aroma. Soft bitterness cuts through the maltiness, giving way to a pleasant drinking experience.

Packed with flavor and malty from the jump, this is a no-holds-barred, classic English Extra Special Bitter. A beautifully balanced body of caramel and toasted bread is supported by ample bitterness and expressive herbal, woody and floral character from UK Fuggle hops. Pronounced stonefruit and apricot fermentative character rounds out a lovely pint from the first sip to the last.

A robust, flavorful & well-rounded but endlessly drinkable take on an export-strength Scottish ale, malt is the star player of this beer. Pleasant toffee and fig notes on the nose are followed by a body that focuses on caramel and toasted bread. This style is inspired by an old brewer friend’s yearning for creative input, and the name is inspired by our dear friend Mr. Swift. This beer only hates three things and one of them is when you call it Scotty! Slàinte Mhath!

A crisp and refreshing American blonde ale built around the idea of a relaxing stroll with a beer in hand, and brewed to be the limited edition feature for our annual Rosko’s Black Friday 1K. Teeming with subtle lemon peel and lime zest thanks to a spotlight on NZ Motueka hops, this crushable beer is for a great cause, with $1 from every pint going to Family Promise of Lycoming County.
