"Parlor Pils" is a brilliant, floral and pleasantly bitter German-style Pilsner. Using predominantly Pilsner Malt and hopped with the Kaiser hop of Hallertau Mittelfrüh, expect a clean, crisp and crushable drinking experience. This beer is named after our elegant Victorian Parlor Room which now houses our brew house.

This is a no-frills, ultra-classic German Weissbier. Plenty of wheat malt and a classic hefeweizen yeast strain work together to invoke a ton of freshly baked banana bread, apricot and tiny hints of clove and bubblegum. Named in honor of the Rosko’s patio (“terrasse” in German) where we’re sure many a half liter stein will be downed during Roskoberfest.

“The Brew House” lager is our annual take on the traditional German Oktoberfest-style Marzen. Oktoberfest is a historic festival that runs the last two weekends of September in Munich, Germany. "Das Brauhaus" is a smooth drinking, balanced, & malty lager with notes of toasted bread and biscuit. You'll experience pleasant bitterness up front with a clean, sweet finish.

Rosko's Munich-style Dunkel lager pairs soft, flavorful maltiness with a smooth cold finish. The drinker will experience low bitterness with chocolate, roasty, and biscuit aromas. While not overly sweet or dominated by any one flavor, it is a refreshing lager for all occasions.

It's baseball season and Williamsport is known for its baseball and hoppy beers. In comes Pinch Hitter to quench your thirst. Pinch Hitter is a New England style Pale Ale. It's hazy, it's juicy, & it's crushable. You'll get all of the soft, creamy mouthfeel and tropical, citrusy hop characteristics you've come to expect from this style. Batter up, Slugger!

This beer is a nod to the late nights, early mornings, and weekend work it took to complete the restoration at Rosko’s. Red like the color of the bricks, “Brickdust” has a lightly malty backbone and floral, citrusy flavor and aroma. Soft bitterness cuts through the maltiness, giving way to a pleasant drinking experience.

What’s better than brews and tunes on a hot summer day? This moderately sour German ale brewed with sea salt and coriander has been conditioned on blueberry puree to ensure a killer jamminess, and at 4.8% it’s totally sessionable. The perfect beer to throw back during your summer jam sesh.

Rosko's Lager has a bright amber color, white foamy head, and rich smooth taste. The light bitterness pairs with the lightly toasted maltiness, ensuring full drinkability and taste.
