While we don’t have a true year-round staple beer, Rosko's Lager is a beer we’ve planted as a flagship beer. This beer embodies much of what we’ve created at Rosko’s: smooth drinking, brilliant clarity, dry finish, yet flavorful & delicious. Lightly bitter, pleasantly toasty, with full scale drinkability. Originally brewed on the day that smoke from Canadian wildfires descended upon Williamsport in 2023 and named in tribute to one of our favorite Irish rock bands, this easy drinking red ale sports a roasty and malt-forward flavor profile with faint notes of toffee and caramel, disappearing in a clean, dry finish. At the end of a pint, the only thing you’ll have to say to this crushable red is, “I will be with you again.

This beer is a nod to the late nights, early mornings, and weekend work it took to complete the restoration at Rosko’s. Red like the color of the bricks, “Brickdust” has a lightly malty backbone and floral, citrusy flavor and aroma. Soft bitterness cuts through the maltiness, giving way to a pleasant drinking experience.

The Czech translation for “black hole,” this little prison of light will suck you in and keep you trapped to drink for eternity. A malt-forward, Czech dark larger that’s difficult to find even in its home country, this is a supremely flavorful and balanced dark lager sporting enticing notes of dark chocolate, light roast, raisin, and fig. In collaboration with our friends at Clarion River Brewing Company, we offer you Regnitz & Main, a rauchbier ("smoke beer" in German). This is a Helles-style (German Pale Lager) base with a touch of beech smoked barley malt from Bamberg, Germany, the capital of smoked beer!
