"Parlor Pils" is a brilliant, floral and pleasantly bitter German-style Pilsner. Using predominantly Pilsner Malt and hopped with the Kaiser hop of Hallertau Mittelfrüh, expect a clean, crisp and crushable drinking experience. This beer is named after our elegant Victorian Parlor Room which now houses our brew house.

Crisp and packed full of flavor, Lecker Bierchen is meticulously crafted in admiration of the iconic style that defines the unique beer culture of Köln, Germany. Clean and bright with a solid malt body, expressive German hop varieties, and subdued fruity esters from a restrained ale fermentation all work in concert to form a truly balanced beer. “Tasty Beer!”

This lime ale, brewed with pale malts and some wheat for body, will leave you licking your lips for more. Dominated by a lime aroma, the slightly tart key-lime like flavor will turn into your new summertime fling.

“The Brew House” lager is our annual take on the traditional German Oktoberfest-style Märzen. Oktoberfest is a historic festival that runs the last two weekends of September in Munich, Germany. "Das Brauhaus" is a smooth drinking, balanced, & malty lager with notes of toasted bread, biscuit, & caramel. You'll experience pleasant bitterness up front with a clean, semi-sweet finish.

This is a no-frills, ultra-classic German Weissbier. Plenty of wheat malt and a classic hefeweizen yeast strain work together to invoke a ton of freshly baked banana bread, apricot and tiny hints of clove and bubblegum. Named in honor of the Rosko’s patio (“terrasse” in German) where we’re sure many a half liter stein will be downed during Roskoberfest.

Our earnest endeavor at bridging the gap between where IPA started and where it ended up, this is a more modernized take on an English IPA. Brewed with entirely English ingredients – 100% Maris Otter malt, UK hops and English ale yeast – this beer takes ingredients from the old world and puts a new world spin on them. Built around newer English hops Ernest and Endeavor, this crisp, moderately bitter, pale West Coast-ish IPA displays notes of stone fruit, apricot, Earl Grey tea, and grapefruit.

The sunset emits peace, solace, and contentment. It brings with it renewed hope, new beginnings, and new life. Enjoy a Goodwill Sunset as it descends along the Sixth Street horizon. This wheat-based beer is brewed with orange peel and fermented with a Belgian yeast strain to impart slightly more complexity than is typical for a hoppy beer. Lightly dry hopped with Amarillo to accentuate citrus character, this is the ideal spring and summer patio sipper.

Designed as a bridge between modern saison and classic rustic saison, this beer marries the now ubiquitous modern fermentation character of white pepper and bubblegum with a more angular, grassy and tannic grist bill and hop profile found in many classic, rustic/wild-fermented representations of the style. Sturdy bitterness and a bone dry finish makes this a perfect summer sipper.

Enjoy this French farmhouse style amber ale, a Bière de Garde aged in Pinot Noir bottles. Available in to-go bottles as well as by the glass.
